我們如何處理資料 How your data is handled

• 你反白的文字：依你在設定頁選擇的翻譯來源，直接送去翻譯，不經過開發者的伺服器。
  • 本地 Ollama：只送到你自己電腦（或你指定）的 Ollama 服務，文字不離開你的裝置／內網。
  • 雲端 AI：送到你自行填寫的 API 網址（如 OpenAI、Google Gemini 等），該資料依該服務商自己的隱私權政策處理。是否使用、使用哪一家，完全由你決定。
• 你的設定（翻譯來源、模型、目標語言、系統提示、面板位置與大小、雲端 API Key 等）：只儲存在瀏覽器本機的 chrome.storage.local，不會同步到 Google 帳號或任何伺服器。

Selected text is sent directly to the source you pick — never through the developer's servers. With local Ollama it stays on your device/network; with cloud AI it goes to the API endpoint you entered and is governed by that provider's own privacy policy. Your settings (including any cloud API key) are stored only in chrome.storage.local on this browser and are never synced anywhere.

權限用途 Why each permission is used

• storage — 儲存上述設定值。Store your settings.
• contextMenus — 提供右鍵選單「翻譯這段」。The right-click "translate" menu.
• 主機權限 Host access — 連線本地 Ollama（預設 http://localhost:11434）；當你填入雲端 API 或自訂 Ollama 網址時，才會請求連線該網域的權限，用來送出翻譯請求。Connect to local Ollama, or to a cloud/custom endpoint you configure — requested only when you enter it.

我們不做的事 What we don't do

• 不含任何分析、追蹤或廣告程式碼。
• 不販售或轉移你的資料給第三方。
• 不將資料用於與「翻譯」無關的用途。

No analytics, tracking, or ads. We never sell or transfer your data, and never use it for anything beyond translation.
